Reviews

“I didn't expect much from this class because my goal was to take three standard classes (childbirth, newborn care and breastfeeding). I was so wrong! This class is a must watch for all parents-to-be. We, as a couple, did all exercises the midwife Lindsay suggested in the class. It helped us so much to prepare for postpartum and taking care of the baby together. We have a plan in place who will be taking care of the baby and when, who will be doing housework, cooking, cleaning, etc. We also planned our self-care time with my partner. I can't recommend this class enough!”
